Weaving networks: "Postural hygiene" workshop
Last April we held a new workshop open to the public as part of our Networking. This time Mónica Narvaez, an osteopath, reflexologist and aromatherapist, gave us a workshop on postural hygiene that left us with lots of tips to improve our health.
We're off to the Congress of Deputies
To mark International Women's Day, 8 March, we went to the Congress of Deputies to hear our dear Nuria de Pablo who took part in the Round Table on Feminisms at the 5th International Conference on Feminist Literature: Feminisms and Care. Relational feminism. Eco-feminism. Palestinian women and colonialism. The dangers of non-inclusive and sexist communication.
Weaving networks: "Literary journey" workshop
On 15 March we attended the workshop run by Isabel Merino (a coach for authors) and Escriña. It was a Literary journey, where they talked to us about projects, about authors and about connecting with readers.
Carnival at NEF
Life is a Carnival, come and live it at NEF. This year's event took place in February and it was a carnival. It gave us the chance to meet women from all walks of life who also happily took part in a mask competition.
